Library
Every dataset in one open format: who is connected to whom, how strongly, and with which transmitter. Open one to see its classes, hubs and pathways, stimulate or silence any cell type, and find the experiments that use it.
The whole fly brain
FlyWire v783, every neuron at its measured position. Too large for a browser tab; it runs on the local runner.
Circuits that run in your browser
Cut from the full connectomes with every measured synapse kept. Coloured points are the circuit, the grey haze is the rest of the brain.
Nematode worm
The first animal whose entire nervous system was mapped. 302 neurons, wired almost identically in every individual, controlling crawling, feeding, egg laying and escape.
Fruit fly escape circuit (FlyWire)
The real looming escape pathway of the adult fly brain: 314 looming detectors (LC4, LPLC2), the Giant Fiber and the neurons between them, cut out of FlyWire with every measured synapse.
Fruit fly multisensory circuit (FlyWire)
Taste, smell, vision and self motion wired to the descending neurons that steer, walk, reverse and escape, and to the proboscis motor neuron MN9. The shared circuit of the Fly Gym tasks.
Fruit fly visuomotor circuit (FlyWire)
Visual projection neurons that detect looming and moving objects, the descending neurons that steer, stop, reverse and escape, and the strongest paths between them. Used for training experiments.
For teaching
A textbook circuit layout with invented numbers, labelled wherever it appears.
Coming next
Datasets that are public and planned. New ones come in through one importer script; the method page explains how to add yours.

Brain plus nerve cord of the male fly, about 166,000 neurons, released in 2026.
- Sea squirt larvaCiona intestinalis
A tadpole shaped relative of vertebrates with 177 central neurons.
